We are pleased to offer delivery beyond our standard service area as outlined above, with an additional delivery fee ranging from $25 to $50, depending on the specific location.

For those who wish to extend their rental and enjoy our fantastic offerings for an additional day, the fee for an extra day of rental is just $40.

Should you require additional graphics to enhance your celebration, there will be an extra charge of $25 per requested graphic.

For those in need of a rush installation with a notice of 24 hours or less, we offer expedited service for an additional fee of $30.
Rental & Reservation Policies
Payment
To secure and confirm your reservation/date, payment is due at the time of booking. We conveniently accept payments through Venmo and PayPal.
Gated Neighborhood
Residents of gated communities are kindly requested to make advance arrangements for both the setup and takedown of our services.
Missing or Damaged
An invoice will be generated for any display greetings that are missing or damaged and not returned at the conclusion of your rental period.
Do Not Misuse the Displays
For the safety of all, we kindly request that you refrain from allowing anyone to engage in play or be in close proximity to the display. Our display items are not designed to support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or engaging in any form of play.
Treat Displays With Respect
We kindly request that you take pride in your display and show it the respect it deserves. Please refrain from relocating any of the items.
Do Not Relocate Displays
Please take pride in your display and avoid moving any of the items. Your cooperation helps maintain the intended arrangement and ensures a positive experience for all.
Ensure the Integrity of Displays
To safeguard our inventory from potential damage caused by flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, and similar sources, we kindly request your assistance. Please be cautious, as contact with weed eaters can also result in damage.
No Balloons On Display
Please refrain from fastening balloons to any section of the display.
Prior to Arrival
If you have a landscaping appointment, kindly coordinate it to take place before our setup.
Taking Pictures With Display
We welcome you to capture memorable photographs alongside the display to commemorate your celebration. However, we kindly request that you refrain from removing the signs from the ground.
Injury Policy
New Tampa Yard Greetings and its representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to individuals or personal property during the reservation period, we request the customer refrains from the removal and/or installation of any rental items.
Refund Policy
In the event of a booking cancellation, you have two options: receive a refund equivalent to half of your booking rate, or retain the full amount as credit for a future reservation within one year from your original booking date, subject to our availability.
In cases of inclement weather, including lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, or other Acts of God that pose a risk to our team or products, we may be unable to install lawn displays, and rescheduling will be arranged.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:
Incorrect address provided by the client
Homeowner's request for display removal
Denied access to gated communities (Residents in restricted neighborhoods should pre-arrange access for both setup and takedown)
Interference from animals preventing display setup
Unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control preventing setup.
